

Galvin St in south Launceston is a charming English style cottage built in the early 1900s. a small 4 room space of 77m2 that was designed with a modern extension to join the back of the building. The original surf mist paint with white highlights to be joined by a monument steel and compressed sheet addition, doubling the house footprint.

Exisitng building had floors relevelled with new carpets and paint to tie into new addition;

Hybrid floating floors in a oak design, vibrant white finishes with neutral tones throughout;

Metroll interlocking panel in colourbond monument;

James Hardie Axon 400 cladding painted with Haymes monument.

Merbau deck and screening to add to the living spaces;

Steel constructed carport attched to the exisitng building with a sectional roller door mnaking the facade very private.
